DESCRIPTION:Look for us at the Coolin Parade\, Memorial Day Weekend! \nSpring Festival is held over Memorial Day Weekend each year. This includes all the activities in Coolin on Saturday and Sunday – an arts/crafts fair with more than 50 booths\, pancake breakfasts\, a quilt show and bake sale in the Coolin Civic Center\, a parade on Saturday including the Huckleberry Queen and lots of fun floats made by local residents\, marching band from Priest River High School. \nIt’s a fun time!\nFind food booths and specials at all the local Coolin businesses\, plus on Saturday evening\, the People Helping People Dinner and Auction is held at Elkins Resort to raise money to help the area nonprofits. Over the past 21 years\, this organization has raised more than $750\,000 and distributed it back in the community. Sunday morning brings the annual races at Coolin – several different lengths of races\, ranging from a 5K fun walk/run to a half marathon. Something for everyone! \n
